We like to be upfront and honest about our fees, so this section will give you a reference point on what to expect. Please be aware that our fees are subject to change depending on the size of your project, but we will be sure to provide you with all the information you need to move forward. So there are no hidden fees!

We prefer to provide you with a comprehensive quote once we have a better understanding of your property, but we understand that having an idea can be helpful. The information given below is to give you an idea of our pricing and fee proposals.   

Provisional fee schedule will assume your home is a property up to 150m2 (a standard sized British home) and will include two options at the design and pre-planning stage. 

Planning Application drawings – starting at £550

Building Regulations drawings – starting at £550

Please be advised our fees do not include for the planning application and building regulations fees.

Minor alterations are given as a good will gesture, however any sizeable alteration after the planning application has been submitted will be chargeable at £25/hour.
